The product images and product description text that follows, accurately describes the composition, style and fit of the garment. Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.

     

    Returns

    As the products are printed on demand and personalised to your size and colour we do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless the product is misprinted, damaged or defective. In this case please notify us within 14 days after the product has been received and we will arrange a replacement order for you - photographic evidence is required. Please do not send returns to the address on the packing slip.

    Shipping Costs & Policy

    Currently our print on demand providers are located worldwide, the dispatch location indicated in the product ribbon or description. Different sizes and colours of the same product may be printed at different locations according to their availability, therefore your items may not all arrive in the same package. Our print on demand providers set the shipping fees and charge for every item that they fulfil, however to keep our customers' costs down we have just 2 shipping rates charged according to your location; purchases under 50 €; and purchases above 50 €.

    As the majority of our garments are printed on demand, there may be a short wait time before your item is dispatched to you. It takes 2 - 7 business days to print the products and the shipping time is on average 10 - 15 business days depending on the order's destination.
